Can I cancel my order?

- Certainly, it is possible to cancel your order, but only during the processing stage before the merchandise has been shipped.

Do you offer exchanges?

- Before we can initiate an exchange process, we need to inspect the condition of the goods. To do this, kindly send us a clear and detailed photo or video of the item in question to info@starbasex.us. This will help us assess if the packaging and item are unused and still in their original state. Once we receive your email, our manager will evaluate the item and provide you with further instructions. Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs incurred during the exchange process.

Can I update my address? 

- Yes, as long as your order has not already shipped! Please respond to your order confirmation email or contact us at infi@starbasex.us with your name, order number, and updated shipping address as soon as possible. Once your order leaves our warehouse we are unable to make any changes.

Where do you ship to? 

- Currently, our delivery services are limited to addresses on planet Earth.

Nonetheless, our team is striving to broaden our services to the Moon and Mars within the next decade. To keep yourself informed of our progress, we suggest subscribing to our email newsletter 😉

How long will it take my order to ship? 

- Typically, the delivery time is around 10-14 business days. If you have ordered multiple items, your order will be held until all the items are ready to be shipped.

The processing time, (which is usually 2-4 days but can take up to 15 days for third-generation products, for more info here) is exclusive of travel time and is not influenced by the shipping method you choose during checkout.

What if my package is lost or stolen? 

- We are not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen or damaged after it leaves our warehouse.  However, please contact us with your issue and we'll do our very best to help you come to a solution!

What Happens if My Package is Returned to Sender?

- Please note that if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the costs of re-shipping.
